Just like you, I spend 8 hours and 41 minutes (on the average) in front of my computer every single day. Ugh, it’s even more time than I spend sleeping.
Here’s my average workday:
Writing starts early in the morning. Then, during my lunch break, I sneak in my personal reading on my smartphone. It’s back to writing or typing rather in front of my laptop after that. At night, before I sleep, I still go about an hour or so on my phone, reading.
This got my vision from 20/20 to “I can’t see the face of the person in the next table.”
Seriously, ever since I started writing full time, my vision has taken a toll. I have a eyeglasses, but they’re a pain and I regret taking to little care of my eyes.
What I really wish is that I would have had Barner, the eyewear that protects your eyes specifically from the harmful blue light of digital devices.
Check it out.
They say blocking blue light from digital devices will improve one’s health and well-being. Barner will also
- Help you sleep better
- Improve comfort when viewing digital devices
- Helps you focus on your work
- Give you a stylish look (available in 3 different frames)
- Be available with prescription lenses
Hmmm, I’d like that. I sometimes can’t sleep at night and I’d love to save my vision if I plan to be a copywriter for the next 10 years.
So if you’re experiencing eyestrain, dry eyes, double vision, headaches, eye fatigue, change of sleeping cycles, it could be because of your overexposure to blue light. Good thing Barner’s ready to hit the market.
Barner has successfully reached its initial funding goal through Kickstarter as of this writing. A pair will retail at €149 each, but you can get it at a discount if you become a backer. It will be shipping anywhere in the world and estimated delivery is in February 2018.
