It may seem odd but a lot of people need a heap of motivation just to drink water.
It’s not a secret, we need to get hydrated. From time to time, we lose water in our body from activities such as sweating and digestion. And, it’s obviously not a secret on what water can do and how we benefit from hydrating, as we are made up of 70% water.
But, the question is, what if you’re not a water-lover?
How would you keep up when chips and soda are obviously meant to be together? What do you do when in the heat of summer air, an ice-cold sweet watermelon slushee is just what you need, and not a bottle of bland-tasting water? Well, here are some tips on how to increase your H2O consumption without sweat!
How to stay hydrated when you don’t like drinking water!
Here’s my tips for staying hydrated even though water is super boring.
1. Get yourself a water bottle
Get yourself a water bottle that matches your personality. It may sound funny but it’s deemed effective by many! It got them to replenish more and refill a lot more.
2. Choose your favorite fruits
Another healthy option is to eat your bowl of fruits. A spoonful will keep you hydrated most especially the ones with high water content, such as watermelons which is 90% water by weight.
3. Get yourself this scented water bottle
Yes, you’ve heard it right! It’s a special fruit-scented water bottle that makes you think you’re drinking juice or soda when it’s just actually water. They call it the Flavour Bottle.
The secret lies within the tangy scented nozzle spout, which when inhaled, tricks your brain that you’re in for a fruity treat. The aroma from the lid lasts for a year, and after which, you will be saved from buying an entirely new one because all you’ve got to do is to replace the spout. As flavored water may contain sugars, but the Flavour Bottle is entirely sugar-free!
The Flavour Bottle comes in 5 flavors.
Sad news is that the Flavour Bottle just missed their Kickstarter campaign target. However, their Facebook Page says they’re relaunching the campaign soon.
