Top Question: Does it rotate or roll for a deep massage into the muscle or does it just vibrate?
Answer: It does not rotate and it does not vibrate. It is a percussion massager which means the the heads go in and out like hammers or pistons. When you adjust it you are adjusting how fast they move. Faster seems stronger because you get hit more often. In my mind percussion is the only way to go.
