I'm so excited as more and more smart glasses hit the market. They are the epitome of the "future" in my mind. With that said, more options are steadily becoming available and so you need to start doing your research about which pair is right for you, if you are seriously looking into getting a pair for yourself. That is why I'm going to tell you a little bit about the Vuzix M100 Smart Glasses, which are a good possible option for you to consider.

So, these glasses are Android-based smart glasses and are going to allow you to complete many of the same tasks as you normally would with your smart phones (i.e. calling, texting, tracking timed events, managing their calendar, etc), but with the added benefit of beings hands-free and more engaged in the actual physical world. Additionally, this device is able to capture 5 megapixel still images and 1080p high-definition video, which you can then either live stream or save to the device itself, which is really cool considering they are glasses!

Best Features:

  • Android-based
  • Bluetooth and Wi-Fi connectivity
  • Hands-free smart device
  • Camera is able to take 5 megapixel still images and 1080p high-definition video
  • Save images and videos directly onto the M100's memory, or stream them live

Amazon customers are claiming it is a useful device, but it isn't easy to use. They give an overall rating of 3.4 out of 5 stars.
